    Our mats are Made in China and they are tested and certified safe & compliant with EU & US safety standard - EN71(EU) ASTMF963(US)

    Will my pet's claw damage the mat?

    Unfortunately, yes - sorry furbabies, they ain't for you! Pet claws may cause a puncture on the mat especially if they are not manicured.

    Why is there a slight curl to the playmat when unrolled?

    • Just like any material that is rolled up, it will take time to fully flatten upon unrolling it.

    • Allow the mat to rest on a flat surface and the curls will naturally flatten in 2-3 days.

    • If you are in a hurry, you can also unroll it in the reverse direction to help release any curls or creases quickly.

    What is the best way to clean the playmat?

    We advise you to sanitize regularly with gentle cleaning agents and soft cloth. If it's a terrible mess, you can certainly wash down the mats - they are water proof!
